Well, until what scene does our story stops in the last chapter?

Oh… Until Renny Asteria was chosen as a Crown Princess.

How come, huh? Renny said she didn even register at the election.

Lets go flashback to their story first, maybe a week ago… Hmm… Not enough. Need more backward, it should be a flashback to one month ago. Where everything was still settled and calm.

1 month ago…

1st Public High School, Nam, Capital City of Wei.

”Yawn… ” Renny yawned several times before finally giving up and closing her textbook. Why did she have to memorize the periodic table of the chemical elements? Was there any benefit to human life if Renny manages to memorize it?

”Guys, check the news …! ” Kimmy, Rennys best friend, and leader in their group, suddenly screamed hysterically. Her fat fingers tapped on the smartphone screen a few times then showed it to them.

”What? ” Wen-Wen and Xena immediately looked back and got up from their seats.

”Wow, thats crazy, the prince is 21 years old now. its time for him to look for the Crown Princess. ” Wen-Wen read the headline news on the cellphone screen. The girls all over the kingdom were able to attend the election.

”We can be his wife!! ” shouted Xena happily.

”Let us register!! ” shouted Kimmy no less happy.

”Lets go. At least we try. ” Wen-Wen also looked enthusiastic, only Renny was silent and watched her friends.

”Do you want to try, Ren? ” Kimmy asked.

”No, its impossible to be chosen either. ” Renny rubbed her itchy nose. Spring made her nose itch from hay fever.

”Who knows! ” Xena said.

”Yeah, just for fun, Ren. ”

”Lets fill out the registration. ”

”Okay! ”

Renny looked at her gang mates in astonishment. They even had to remedial in last semesters math lesson. Let alone being selected, maybe their names will be immediately crossed out as soon as the Royal staff saw the grades displayed on their report cards.

But somehow Renny liked her friends fighting spirit. Well.. indeed, the face and the body of their prince was worth fighting for.

”Renny! ” called a guy from outside the class.

”Alex? ” Renny screamed, she immediately rushed to fix her hair and clothes before standing up.

”Ayeee… ” Kimmy teased Renny.

”Please stop, guys, ” Renny waved her hand, motioning for them to stop teasing her. she didn want Alex to misunderstand.

”Alex seems to have a feeling for you, Ren, ” Wen-Wen whispered.

”No way, we
e just friends from childhood. Besides, hes a nobleman, different status from us. ” Renny said, her face a little gloomy. Okay, she had to admit that she has a feeling toward him, but, their status was so much different. Like earth and sky, never would touch each other.

”But a special program student even come here to have lunch with you. If theres no feeling then whats, huh? ” Xena agreed with Wen-Wen.

”Ouch… stop it you guys… don make me feel akward! ” Rennys face flushed red.

”Hurry up, he is waiting for you! Hurry before the bell rings. ” Kimmy pushed her friend on the back.

”Okay. Bye girls, ” Renny said good bye.

Renny looked at Alexs tall body which was leaning against the corridor wall. Oh … God created such a perfect man, just standing up and he looked like a sculpture in Renns eyes.

Renny trotted happily down the corridor and stopped right beside Alex. Alex smiled sweetly welcoming Rennys arrival, making Rennys heart beat wildly. Ah.. what a cute and sweet guy.

Alright.. before continuing the story, lets get to know a little about Alex first. Who was Alex?

Alex was the son of the Duke of Zen, Fanno Lennart. Hmm… How come his family name was as same as the Royal family name? did he have a relationship with the Kingdom? Yup, Alexs father was the younger brother of King Jared Lennart, and he served as Prime Minister of Wei nowadays.

Alex had known Renny since childhood, this was because Rennys daddy worked in the Kingdom administration center. When she was a little girl, Renny often accompanied her father to work and met Alex there. They often played at the state administration office.

”Daydream? ” Alex waved his hand in front of Rennys face. Renny flinched, Ah, did Alex catch her admiring his handsome face

”Nope. Ah… are you all right to come here every day, Lex? ” Renny asked, she was also surprised because Alex was a special program class student that only children from noble family could enter. Even though in the same building, the facilities and the teachers were very different from the regular class program.

”Is there something wrong if I come? ” he asked.

”Nothing, ” Renny answered perfunctorily. Not because she didn want to answer long and broad, but because her tongue was numb. Somehow recently Renny felt awkward when dealing with Alex. Now, Alex is no longer the little boy she used to know. Now Alex had become a handsome guy with a million charms. And that made Renny always misbehave when walking with him and also run out of words when looking at his face.

”Your cousin is choosing a wife. Aren you following him to create a contest too? ” teased Renny.

”For what? My future wife doesn have to be able to take care of the Kingdom. Besides, Ive already found the best candidate as my future wife, Ren. ” Alex looked at Renny with a gentle look in his eyes.

”Who? ” unfortunately Renny still did not understand Alexs codes.

Alex came closer to her, their face almost touched each other but Alex turned. His lips near Rennys ear. ”Secret. ” Alexs whisper in Rennys ear made goosebumps run down her spine.

”Uh.. what the heck? ” Renny pushed Alexs body slowly. Her heart was going to explode, it was beating so fast!!

”Ha… ha… ha. Lets eat, hurry up before the bell ringing. ” Alex held Renny on the shoulder and went to the canteen.

”You strange nobleman, how come you like to eat a commoners food? ” Renny joked.

”Noblemen are also human! They still like to eat rice. ” Alex flicked Rennys forehead slowly.

”Ouch…. ” Renny stroked her painful forehead, Alex giggled and blew air to reduce the pain.

”Lets go, Im hungry! ” said Alex to Renny after that.
