A local dive that is always cranking. It will be standing room only and depends what you’re into, but can be obnoxious. One cool fact is that they have the most continuously running liquor license of any bar west of the Mississippi River.

United States
39° 28' 22.3608" N, 106° 2' 31.2252" W

If you have a lady you might want to impress, take her to a nicer more romantic restaurant off Breckenridge’s famous Main Street. I would recommend “Modis”, “Cafe Alpine” , or the “Hearthstone Restaurant” for a more higher-end impressive night on the town.

Ski to a 10th Mountain division Hut

The better local huts are the Summit Huts. You can go on-line and see about access and availability. They are always booked in advance for weekends. You might be able to get something mid-week. Check out Summithuts.org. Try going to Francie’s Cabin for a good intro. Check out Huts.org

Guide to the Best slopes

It all depends on the level of skier and time of year. I ski mostly off the T-bar on Peak 7 and the entire Front bowl, Chair 6, E Chair, and Peak 10. For more moderate terrain, most folks like the main part of Peak 8 and Peak 9. The resort is amazing and you should simply ski every inch that is within your ability. I love the peak 9 area and hiking up to peak 7 off the t bar or skiing the bowl is tons of fun. The bowl accommodates most levels so no worries when you get there. Hiking up to the top of the peak is a decision you will need to make once you are there and see what you are in for.
