See Kings of Leon in Europe!
If you think that a “Rock Show” is a thing of the past, then you have not been to a Kings of Leon concert!
They will rock non-stop for the entire show. The band is originally from Nashville and played at the Municipal Auditorium in November. They released their most recent album called Only By The Night in August and it has gotten rave reviews. Entertainment Weekly called it their “crowning achievement,” while Rolling Stone wondered: “How good can the Kings of Leon get? They’ve already gone further than anybody could have guessed.”
The Kings of Leon have gone from playing in Nashville venues like 12th and porter to playing huge sold out shows all over the world. Strangely enough, they are actually bigger in Europe that in the U.S. For example, they are played a show in December at London’s 20,000 seat 02 Arena that sold out in less than an hour. During their show in Nashville, the lead singer, Caleb Followill, even thanked the crowd by saying that this was their first tour where they really felt loved by the U.S.
The chance to see them is one that you should not let pass you by. To listen to the Kings of Leon, check out their MySpace page:
Below you will find their Spring 2009 tour of Europe. They are playing in some incredible cities and venues. If there is anyway you can take spring break or a week off and make a trip to Europe it would be amazing to see any of these shows.
