Ole Miss Baseball Home Games

Ole Miss Baseball is definitely the highlight of the spring semester.

With one of the best teams in the nation, on a regular basis, the fans are always entertained with great talent. If you want to be into the game and enjoy up close action, you will want to sit in the stands. It is free with a student ID, but if you are not a student then the tickets are fairly cheap. New additions to the stadium are presently being finished up right now, and will make Ole Miss’ stadium on of the largest and nicest stadiums in the nation.

If you are less interested in the game and more interested in hanging out with a cooler at your feet, a beer in your hand, and your best friends hanging around you grilling out brats, burgers and sharing coolers full of spicy southern crawfish, then the outfield is where you want to sit. You can pull up your truck or car and tailgate on the road side, sit in left field (which requires a ticket) or in the right field (which is free and is the only “legal” place to drink beer). FYI: You can drink hard liquor anywhere in the outfield, but only beer in right field. Weird? Left field is on campus and right field is not… I know it doesn’t make since, but just go with it and sit in right field.

The best baseball weekend of the year is the home game series with LSU the same weekend as Double Decker
