Hollywood Cafe

Only the locals know that this is the famous restaurant that is mentioned in the hit Southern song Walking in Memphis by Marc Cohn.  Cohn sings of “catfish on the table, and gospel in the air”, and he is singing of the little known Delta secret The Hollywood Cafe.  Located just 5 miles from Tunica in Robinsonville, the Hollywood will serve up some of the best southern soul food in the Delta, all the while you are enjoying the atmosphere of a turn of the century plantation commissary.  .  The Hollywood is a local favorite and has been on the Travel Channel several times for their famous fried dill pickles.  It is a great restaurant for visitors to sample local flavor. It is located just south of the intersection of old hwy 61 and Casino Stripe Resort Blvd.
