Attend a Crawfish Festival

The Jacksonville area is home to multiple crawfish festivals.  The Woodbine Crawfish Festival is usually held during the last weekend of April in this town in southern Georgia, 40 minutes north of  the JAX airport.  The festival includes great food, arts and crafts, bluegrass music and even a parade.  Be sure to catch the crawfish-eating contest.  Checkout:  http://www.woodbinecrawfish.com
